Two and a half years later, here I am. Trying to relearn wordpress. Living in the (almost) Montana wilderness. Cooking awesome vegan food because I’m too far away from the quick chance to buy any.
Got a wild hair and drummed up a raspberry and beet crumble with coconut whipped cream on top. Hard to believe it’s all vegan. I promise, it was as delicious as it looks.
Between the two of us, we just about ate the whole pan.
